| 1. Able to create a sales team and drive the sales of animal feed additives in India 2. Must be Well versed and knowledgeable in Animal feed enzymes and additives especially in poultry 3. Able to identify and induct new distributors in India and abroad 4. Able to contribute to new product development in Animal feed additive category 5. Able to create marketing strategies and implement programs to increase sales 6. Able to design and conduct trials 7. Willing to travel extensively | |||||||||||
