College Part Time Job
Part time jobs seem like they are very hard to come by, but I wanted to give you some resources that you should check out in order to get your part time job search in order. If you search the right way, you can find a job within weeks, as long as you're qualified for the job.
Here are a few strategies that you can use in order to find your job...
The Internet: There are hundreds of job sites online, and this is where a lot of people turn. It's fast, easy, and you can find the jobs that suit your style. Try major hubs such as Indeed, SimplyHired, and more. These sites will gather jobs from everywhere, and give you the results all in one nice layout.
The paper: Sure, it's an old school way, but places still advertise in it. Check out your local paper, and see if anyone is hiring. Call up the place that's hiring, and see what they have to offer. Your local paper generally doesn't have that much competition compared to the major sites online.
Network: Networking is always key to finding a job. Join meet up groups online, or talk to people in your class. See what they do for a job, or if they know of anyone hiring.
Try your college: Your college may have a job for you. Ask them for some job postings, and see if you can get on board. Some colleges pay cash, while others give you tuition credits.
